Potassium sorbate: Primarily used as a food preservative, but found in a host of cosmetics, moisturizers, body washes, shampoo, baby lotion, baby shampoo, and baby wipes. It has raised concerns due to mild allergic reactions in some users. Not a lot of studies have been conducted, but it is generally considered safe by natural health experts. Skin Deep score: 3
