Prenatal vitamins are more powerful than you think. You can (and should) use them throughout all of your planning, pregnancy and postpartum stages.

Boost your body beforehand so you’re prepared for bringing a baby-on-board. Then, once you’re pregnant, keep up the prenatals so baby gets all the needed nutrients and starts off as healthy as possible. And post pregnancy, make sure you’re still taking the vitamins (with an extra boost of vitamin D). If you’re breastfeeding, your baby will continue to receive these vital vitamins from you. These powerful pills will help you recover from labor and give you much needed energy in the early days of motherhood.
